In the 3-6 year old Level of Catechesis the Altar Table and the Baptism Table presentations are two of the children's
favorite works.
Our Father's House features a miniature Mass kit with quality brass and glass items. Items needed for the first Altar presentation are a small
table for an altar, altar cloth, chalice, paten, San Damiano crucifix and two candles. The items needed for the first Baptism
presentation are a glass or brass bowl, pitcher, Paschal candle, white taper candle, and a white Baptism garment.
Autom offers the 8 inch
statue of the Good Shepherd for use on the prayer table with liturgically colored cloths of purple and green, red and white. Other items on the prayer
table should include a Bible and a candle in the proper liturgical color. The Liturgical Colors song can be found on the Sing
with Joy CD at
Treehaus Publications. More advanced work in the liturgical colors can be done with the wooden liturgical year calendar available
through
Woodcrafters USA.
The San Damiano crucifix can be purchased at Autom.
